Stephen Fry versus Jim Dale - Diese Rezension bezieht sich ausschließlich auf das Hörbuch, nicht auf den Inhalt dieses Potter-Bandes, der natürlich 5 Sterne bekommen würde. Habe mir aufgrund eines Kommentars zu einer Ausgabe der Harry Potter-Hörbücher von Jim Dale eine Ausgabe von Stephen Fry angehört. Tut mir leid - zwischen Jim Dale und Stephen Fry liegen WELTEN. Fry liest, mehr nicht, nicht schlecht, aber gleichförmig, fast einschläfernd. Dale schauspielert, er formt alle Charaktere durch unterschiedliche Stimmen, Dialekte und Färbungen, sodass man meinen könnte, dass tatsächlich viele verschieden Personen sprächen und man wirklich mittendrin ist. Unübertrefflich!!!

Immer dichter - immer spannender - Während all die Abenteuer geschehen, lernt Harry auch die Schwierigkeiten der ersten großen Liebe kennen, einige unangenehme Wahrheiten über seine Eltern und sein eigenes Leben und nebenher noch die üblichen Teenagerprobleme, was ihn kosten wird, aber für diese Lebensstufe eigentlich ganz realistisch ist. Und auch auf Professor Snape wird ein ganz neues Licht geworfen, während sich Lord Voldemorts Kreise immer enger um den jungen Zauberer schließen.Spannend, schnell und glaubwürdig erzählt und voller offener Stellen für die – hoffentlich schneller kommenden – Fortsetzungen.

Tracks-Chaos - Hey, über das Audio-Buch als solches muß man ja wirklich nicht viele Worte verlieren. J.K. Rowling schreibt einfach genial und Stephen Fry ist der beste Interpret. Was mich nur wirklich sehr stört, ist die Zergliederung der 24Cds in jeweils um die 70 Einzeltracks. Wieso? Muß wirklich nach jedem Satz im Buch ein Track zerteilen? Bei den vorrangegangen Audiobücher gab es immer sinnvolle Gliederungen nach Kapiteln oder Sinnabschnitten im Text.

Der beste Potter! - Harry Potter?! Pah! Nichts für mich. Das habe ich gedacht, bis ich mir diesen Band (als ersten der Reihe) spontan gekauft hatte. Und ich war restlos begeistert!! Inzwischen habe ich nicht nur alle anderen Bände - ich habe auch diesen schon 4mal gelesen. The Order of the Pheonix ist immer wieder ein Genuss. Eine lebendige Geschichte zum Lachen, weinen und darin versinken. Meine Phantasie kann sich besonders hier sehr gut ausleben - ebenso farbenfroh wie düster. Dieser Potter ist sicher kein Kinderbuch und schafft mit bravur den Spagat zwischen kindlicher Unschuld und aufmüpfiger Pubertät, zwingt Harry und seine Mitstreiter doch gleichzeitig reifer und erwachsener zu werden. Ich bin begeistert - unbedingt mal reinlesen! Einfach nur empfehlenswert!

Gut, wenn auch leicht langatmig - Wenn auch nicht ganz so gut wie der Rest ist dieser Band dennoch jederzeit zu empfehlen. Das Englisch ist bis auf ein paar Zauberwörter für jeden ab 3 Jahre Schulenglisch gut verständlich. Immer einen Kauf wert.
